In celebration of Australian country living and rural communities.
This is a deliciously sweet gin with lots of rich quince and dried fruity flavours. The collaboration came about after I often wordered how a quince gin would taste. I would spend a lot of time in the garden admiring the beautiful tree. The durable fruit tree was my first tree I planted at the farm in Rupanyup. It has grown with our family through droughts and floods - always a reminder of where we began. The tree will sometimes reward us with many fruit and other years less. No matter what the season we always manage enough fruit to preserve, roast, stew, and now make Gin to share with my community. Thank you x
