I've modified this classic favourite savoury scone recipe with naturally gluten free Rupanyup Living chickpea flour
Ingredients
1 cup Rupanyup Living chickpea flour
1/2 cup of milk
One egg
2 cups of grated cheese
3 slices of diced bacon cooked with garlic in a fry pan
1 teaspoon of seeded mustard.
I normally use fresh herbs out of the garden, whatever I've got.
Method
Mix all ingredients mix in a bowl and put little spoonful onto a baking tray and I sprinkle with paprika.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
